The manual plug is provided with an annular slit jet to check the valve seat combination errors of roundness and seat angle. The E4N column display gives measure of air leakage between the conical reference of the plug and the valve seat. Exceeding upper leakage limit (approximately 400 cm3 / min) indicates shape error.</p>
<p>Complete<br />
The leakage plug, is interfaced with the microprocessor E4N AIR column. &#8220;Zero leakage&#8221; &#8220;Maximum leakage&#8221; masters are always supplied with the manual gauge. The proposed solution permits a 100% check of all parts, allowing quality control of the entire production.</p>
