The M110 machine is an automated inspection system, developed to measure all dimensional and geometric parameters for shaft-like part configurations.
It is based on a modular construction and designed using the most advanced engineering criteria. The result is a reliable and accurate inspection instrument.

This gauging machine does not need to be housed in a controlled environment, thanks to it robustness. It operates in a normal production area and is suitable either for inter-operational and/or final inspections.

Besides gauging, functions like non destructive (ND) testing, marking and parts segregation may be easily integrated to the basic machine.

The M110 machine includes all the systems necessary to load, locate and rotate the parts to be inspected; no manual operations are required. This allows a completely automatic measuring cycle, including part load and unload.

The capability of high speed performance along with the application in shop floor conditions, make it possible to check all the conventional parameters on 100% of the manufactured parts, guaranteeing and certifying the overall quality of the production.

Automatic Measuring Machine for Inspection of Disk-Like Components (Brake Disks and Drums, Wheel Hubs)

M100 is an automated inspection system for brake disks, brake drums and hubs.
The system can satisfy all the typical dimensional and geometric gauging requirements. Besides gauging, functions like non destructive (ND) testing, marking and parts segregation may be easily integrated to the basic machine.

Ease of maintenance and high gauging performances are obtained thanks to the most appropriate design and manufacturing technologies. This industrialization is also intended to minimize line down time in case of intervention.

The M100 is a gauging system based on a standard modular architecture; it can be easily tailored to solve any typical application on brake disks, drums and hubs. The system has been conceived for on-line automatic inspection, where dimensional and geometrical checks are performed dynamically at various machining stages, either inter-operational or final inspection.

Designed to check one internal diameter in a range from 13 to 140 mm
Utilized for inter-operational gauging on transfer machines, special purpose machines and post-process gauging stations
Typical Measurements include Cylinder Block and Connecting Rod Bores
The plug guarantees reliability and process productivity improvements by automation of the process itself including part measurement and closed loop feedback to the machine tool (compensation of tool wear, improvement of overall machining time and scrap reduction).
The standard plug includes three bodies to cover the measuring ranges 13-21 mm, 21-45 mm and 45-140 mm and uses tungsten carbide or diamond contacts depending on the material of the part being inspected.
The plug nosepiece can be provided with or without a self-centering function, while the measurement is always performed using Marposs LVDT transducer technology. Floating or rigid recoil devices can be provided to protect the plug body from potential damaging collisions that could result from a mis-positioned part or part overstock conditions. The plug can be fitted with air blow offs for part cleaning before inspection.
The E9066N is utilized for measurement acquisition in complex applications or an application for which statistical analysis is required and the E3 family of electronics is used in simple applications.?Ǭ†
